Stage N Style will use a
proven system to evaluate your home’s market appeal indoors
and outdoors. Curb appeal, clutter elimination, organizing
furniture layout and lighting, are a few of the areas
considered when staging a house. The following service
packages have been pre-designed for your convenience. Of
course, it is our pleasure to customize a plan that will
correspond to your specific needs. Professional Home Staging
is what makes the difference in selling your home today or
having it sit on the market.
Initial Consultation
An Initial Consultation is
necessary to evaluate the home and determine the appropriate
staging services. The consultation can take up to two hours,
during which time we will identify your homes best features
and develop an action plan.
1/2 Day Staging ~ Full Day Staging ~ From 4 hours up to 8
hours
Whether you need a little
extra attention and expertise or a dramatic transformation,
a Stage ‘N Style consultant will be working from a detailed
walk-through worksheet that will be given to the home seller
in order to complete the transformation. We will spend up to
8 hours modifying the home, by highlighting the positive
selling points and downplaying any drawbacks.
Do It Yourself Action Plan
The Do It Yourself Action
Plan is an extensive 30+ page report detailing all of the
actions a Stage ‘N Style consultant would take to transform
your home, as well as vendor recommendations and tips from
the pros. We give you the expertise so you can take the time
to do the packing and staging yourself.
1/2 Day Fine-Tuning
Ideal for a final tune-up
after the Home Seller has completed the “Do It Yourself
Action Plan.” The focus is on creating “emotional connection
points” in order to showcase the home to its fullest
potential. We come in and give the home a final model home
look.
New Listing OR Open House Staging
This service is for the home seller just listing or
preparing to have and Open House. In order to make a great
first impression; we will spend two full days prior to that
weekend transforming the
house into a buyer’s dream.
We will be working from a detailed walk-through worksheet
that will be given to the home seller in order to complete
the transformation.
Gift Certificates Available

This would be perfect for
someone who wants that complete look in their current or
